Boards and Senior Managers of public companies are facing increased regulatory requirements of disclosing and managing risk. This presentation will educate Senior Managers on how ERM can strengthen their Board's oversight of risk. Our session will discuss how to efficiently and effectively implement ERM programs within companies, including assessing, prioritizing, managing and monitoring risks. Finally, we will examine the role, responsibility and function of "executive risk committees" in organizations.
